Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to: WINSLOW BOBBINS
Orders can be made by fax, telephone, e-mail or by post.
When contacting us by e-mail please include a relevant subject line, like BOBBIN ENQUIRY or BOBBIN ORDER, so that we can identify it from the hundreds of items of junk mail we receive every day.
Please check carefully the credit card details you have given. Mistakes may delay your order as we will have to contact you if the information you have provided is incorrect.
If you send two or three separate e-mails (at different times) with the details split - eg. the first one with the first 8 digits (they can even be disguised as catalogue numbers ie. "I'd like to order numbers 5454 and 3857 etc.." and then send the second 8 digits later in the same way. Make sure you include all the information listed above.
These details can be sent separately or with one half of the digits. We're told that the chances of separate e-mails being intercepted, when they've probably been routed totally differently, is negligible.
2) Post your order to:
Winslow Bobbins
102 Embleton Way
Buckingham
MK18 1FJ
United Kingdom
3) e-mail us at info@winslowbobbins.com (or just click on this link).
When contacting us by e-mail please include a relevant subject line, like BOBBIN ENQUIRY or BOBBIN ORDER, so that we can identify it from the hundreds of items of junk mail we receive every day.
If you wish to place an order or confirm the total cost of your order (less postage which we can only estimate until the bobbins are packed ready for posting) then you can e-mail us at: orders@winslowbobbins.com (or just click on this link).
When contacting us by e-mail please include a relevant subject line, like BOBBIN ENQUIRY or BOBBIN ORDER, so that we can identify it from the hundreds of items of junk mail we receive every day. It has also become apparent that the occasional e-mail has gone astray or been deleted in error, so if you do not receive a reply within a few days, please resend it. We aim to reply within 24 hours of receipt, but we occasionally travel further afield for lace days and may be away from the computer for a few days. We could, of course, also be away for a holiday, but whenever possible we do try to collect our e-mails remotely.
